Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of one or more travel product portfolios like flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry, a passion for customer-centric product development, and a proven track record of driving product success from ideation to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for travel products, aligned with the company’s overall goals and customer needs.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation in the travel sector.
- Product Roadmap: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality travel products that delight users and drive business growth.
- User-Centered Design: Advocate for the customer at every step, using user research, feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions and ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Feature Development: Define, prioritize, and manage the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product offerings.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced certification on Product Management concentration is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
- Ability to define API requirements and partner with engineering teams to deliver.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge of travel products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and activities, including trends, technologies, and key players.
- Familiarity with GDS systems, hotel and flight APIs, and travel platform integrations.
- Experience managing travel-related products such as loyalty programs, trip insurance, or dynamic packaging solutions.
- Tools: Proficiency in one or more product management tools.
- Product Management & Roadmapping: User level knowledge in at least one: Productboard, Trello, Aha!, Asana, Monday.com.
- Analytics and User Feedback: At least one from this list. Google Analytics, Amazon QuickSight, Mixpanel, Amplitude,Hotjar, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Crimson Hexagon, Gartner, SimilarWeb etc.
- Prototyping: Wireframing level skill using one or more tools like Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD

- Flexible working hours from time to time (during sprint planning, demos, leadership meetings) is required to collaborate with remote teams in the USA.
