Position Overview:

As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and relevant written content for various social media platforms or Website. You will collaborate with the marketing, design, or editorial teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with the company’s goals, brand identity, and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce well-researched, original, and creative written content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, website copy, emails, press releases, and more.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is incorporated into the content.
  • Audience Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, their preferences, needs, and pain points, in order to tailor content that resonates with them.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement basic search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well in search engine results.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of written work.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and command of language.
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different formats and audiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and basic keyword optimization.
  • Strong research skills to gather information from reliable sources.

Overview:

As a Senior Web Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences for our digital products. Your primary focus will be on designing and enhancing the user interface and overall aesthetics of our web-based products. This role requires a combination of creative design skills, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Must have skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Figma and related design tools.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web product design and a good portfolio showcasing web design projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
  • Excellent proficiency in English for clear and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

User Interface Design:
  • Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
User Experience (UX) Design:
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate and test design concepts.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into the development process.
Visual Design:
  • Create high-fidelity visual designs that align with the brand identity and enhance the overall aesthetics of the product.
  • Choose and implement appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery to achieve a visually cohesive design.
Prototyping:
  • Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and demonstrate user interactions.
  • Use prototyping tools to simulate the user experience and gather feedback before implementation.
Responsive Design:
  • Ensure that designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement responsive design principles.
Stay Current:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in design processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/course in Design or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with usability and functionality.

Optional Skills:

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch,or similar.
  • Experience with animation and micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with design systems and atomic design principles.

  • Build new features, bug fixes and maintain existing code for both frontend and backend.
  • Write unit, functional, integration and performance test cases.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and roll out hot fixes to solve immediate customer pains.
  • Own and deliver end to end (Ideation -> Design -> Build -> Operationalize -> Support).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, UX Designers, product managers and quality engineers for clarifying the questions and ideas to solve the problems on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full cycle software development.
  • Should be proficient  in one or more programming languages like Golang, Rust, Elixir, Java, JS, C/C++. 
  • Desire and ability to learn new technologies and languages quickly is a must.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, can-do attitude and communication skills are must.
  • Strong data structures and algorithms are a must. Proven leet code, hacker rank could be an added advantage.
  • Experience in leveraging design patterns and best practices to solve problems is a plus.  
  • Contributions to open source projects is a plus.
  • Cloud services (AWS, Google, Azure etc.) experience is a plus.
  • Experience in SDLC tools like git, JIRA, Jenkins, Code Coverage, Load/Performance tools, AWS Code Deploy etc are a plus.
  • Experience in any monitoring and alerting tools are plus.

Additional notes:

  • Prior experience in full stack development could help to ramp up faster by contributing to existing services that are written in MERN (Mongo, Express, React and Node).
  • Passion  to learn new languages like Rust and Elixir will help to rewrite some of our existing services to improve security, availability, performance and new capabilities quickly.
  • Previous experience working in startups also very helpful (changing priorities and all hands on deck attitude)

  • Technical Operations: Take a hands-on approach to drive production issue escalations and help the engineers to drive solutions for addressing immediate customer pain in Live production. Define service level objectives and help software development engineers plus site reliability engineers to meet/exceed the defined objectives constantly.  Set expectations to  stakeholders and customers to keep the engineers out of pressure during critical production troubleshooting situations.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation with a focus on empathy and user-centricity, ensuring that our software products meet the needs and expectations of our customers. Foster a culture of empathy and accountability within the team, where everyone is committed to delivering high-quality results with integrity and compassion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, identifying opportunities for process optimization, tooling enhancements, and skills development with empathy and sensitivity to the individual needs and preferences of team members. Encourage a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt, while providing support and encouragement along the way.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of minimum experience in managing software engineers and 8+ years of minimum software industry experience.
  • Prior experience  in one or more programming languages like Golang, Rust, Elixir, Java, JS, C/C++.
  • Hands-on coding is not mandatory. However, the candidate should be able to help with code review for assuring the business logic, driving coding & design best practices and test coverages.
  • Managerial skills to help and support the team for delivering results in a defined timeframe.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, can-do attitude and communication skills are must.
  • Cloud services (AWS, Google, Azure etc.) experience is a plus.
  • Experience in SDLC tools like git, JIRA, Jenkins, Code Coverage, project management tools are must.
  • Prior experience in building and operating SaaS products is a huge plus.

Additional notes:

  • Flexible working hours from time to time (during sprint planning, demos, leadership meetings) is required to collaborate with remote teams in the USA and Argentina.
