Our Story
In 2021, the founders of Xeni concluded that the infrastructure of the travel industry needed rebuilding.
A single travel transaction has so many touchpoints: an online selling interface, multiple inventory providers, a payment gateway, a travel seller, customer support, the legal and regulatory systems.
We noticed that these systems interface terribly with each other in today’s world, adding significant expense and frustration to a travel experience that is usually intended to bring joy and togetherness.
Every technology solution to help sell travel is siloed. Booking engine interfaces, inventory, customer communications, records management and CRM, payments and refunds, support – all require separate integrations and negotiations. It’s exhausting and expensive for the seller, and often leads to bad outcomes for the traveler.
Xeni saw a way to streamline and unify all the technology to bring elegant, easy solutions for travel sellers and travelers. We envisioned a single, unified platform, combining modern web 2.0 and web 3.0 technology, and today that vision is live and available to you. With Xeni, booking, inventory, payments, communications, record keeping, team management, and marketing are unified on one platform.
